Things to prepare:
- 12 ounces fresh squeezed orange juice
- 10 strawberries, hulled and cut in half
- 3/4 banana, sliced
- 2 scoops non-fat vanilla flavored frozen yogurt
- 2 ice cubes
Step to make it:
- Combine the orange juice, fruit, frozen yogurt, and ice cubes in a blender. Process until smooth. If a thicker consistency is desired, add more yogurt. If it’s too thick, add more juice.
