Pineapple-Spinach Smoothies

What you need:

  • 1/2 cups plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana, peeled, sliced and frozen

How to make it:

  1. Place all the items in a blender in the order given. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.
